Booking Conditions

30% deposit due upon reservation

Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival

• Security deposit: €3,000 (refunded after proper return of the property)
• Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival: full refund
• Cancellations 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival: no refund

• Bed linen, towels, and household textiles included
• Telekom MagentaTV subscription with 180 TV channels included
• Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi included
• Fireplace available for an additional fee (details in the house rules)
• Maximum occupancy: 2 persons
• Final cleaning fee: €250
• Smoking permitted outdoors only
• No pets allowed
