On the ground floor, a cozy oak dining area flows into a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
Behind it, separated by a glass sliding door, is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, washbasin, and WC, as well as a pantry and storage room
Integrated into the open-plan design, the sleeping area can be separated with a screen as needed
The exclusive bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a walk-in rain shower, a glass washbasin, WC, bidet, and urinal
A separate walk-in closet connects the living space to a cozy attic nook via a steel staircase
