The Ammersee Loft is a consciously quiet place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The following conditions govern the booking and the formal framework of the stay.
The house rules form an integral part of the rental agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The holiday home is intended for a maximum of two adult guests.
Use by additional persons or visitors is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Booking Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bookings are available to guests aged 25 and over.
By completing the booking, guests accept the house rules and these booking conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Booking & Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A binding rental agreement is concluded upon booking confirmation.
The full rental price must be paid prior to arrival in accordance with the booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Arrival & Departure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Arrival:<\/strong>4:00 pm \u2013 9:00 pm
Departure:<\/strong>by 10:00 am<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deviations are only possible by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Security Deposit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A refundable security deposit of \u20ac3,000 is required at the time of booking.
The deposit will be refunded after proper handover of the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Cancellation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ammersee Loft is planned on a long-term basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 30\u201359 days before arrival: 50% refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Stay & Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The stay is at the guest\u2019s own responsibility.
    No liability is assumed for personal belongings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. House Rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The house rules are binding.
