Any unlawful use, in particular the illegal downloading, sharing, or distribution of copyrighted material, as well as any other illegal activity, is strictly prohibited. The tenant is fully liable for any violations of applicable law caused by themselves or accompanying persons and shall indemnify the landlord against all third-party claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please ensure that all windows are closed and all doors are locked when leaving the house. In the event of a lost key, please contact us immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please use the outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette remains in the provided screw-top glass. Due to fire risk, ashes and cigarette butts (even extinguished ones) must never be disposed of in waste bins or in nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please leave the kitchen clean and dispose of waste in the designated containers. Waste separation is important to us. Please use the appropriate bins for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Additional waste (glass, metal, clothing, hazardous waste, etc.) can be disposed of at the local recycling center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please use all appliances in accordance with their respective operating instructions.
