General Care<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Please treat the house and all furnishings with care so that future guests may also enjoy the property. Any damage or defects must be reported to us <strong>immediately<\/strong> so that they can be addressed without delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Arrival and Departure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> is available between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> is by 10:00 am.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please leave the house in a tidy condition and dispose of all waste properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pets<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Pets are unfortunately not permitted in the guest house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Internet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Wi-Fi networks:<\/strong> <code>WLAN XXXX-G<\/code> or <code>WLAN XXXX-5G<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Password:<\/strong> <code>XXXXXXXX<\/code><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As the tenant, you are fully responsible for the use of the internet connection. Any unlawful use, in particular the illegal downloading, sharing, or distribution of copyrighted material, as well as any other illegal activity, is strictly prohibited. The tenant is fully liable for any violations of applicable law caused by themselves or accompanying persons and shall indemnify the landlord against all third-party claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Keys and Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please ensure that all windows are closed and all doors are locked when leaving the house. In the event of a lost key, please contact us immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Smoking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please use the outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette remains in the provided screw-top glass. Due to fire risk, ashes and cigarette butts (even extinguished ones) must never be disposed of in waste bins or in nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Kitchen and Waste Disposal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please leave the kitchen clean and dispose of waste in the designated containers. Waste separation is important to us. Please use the appropriate bins for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Residual waste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recyclables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organic waste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional waste (glass, metal, clothing, hazardous waste, etc.) can be disposed of at the local recycling center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Use of Appliances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please use all appliances in accordance with their respective operating instructions. These are available via a <strong>QR-Code<\/strong> All appliances must be used in accordance with their operating instructions, which are available via QR code. If you need assistance, please contact us. Improper use may result in damage, which will be charged to the tenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Water, Heating, and Electricity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please use water, heating, and electricity responsibly to help protect the environment. When leaving the house, ensure that all windows and doors are closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Insect Protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Doors without insect screens, in particular the basement side entrance door and the living room terrace door, must be kept closed at all times. <strong>Basement side entrance door<\/strong> as well as the <strong>living room patio door<\/strong>, must be kept closed at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Floor Care<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The oak wood floors may only be cleaned dry (vacuuming or sweeping). Wet cleaning may cause damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. TV Use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Magenta TV app provides free access to 180+ TV channels (up to 160+ in HD), as well as series and films.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Optional Use of the SCAN Anderson 10 Wood Stove<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">For an additional fee of \u20ac150 per month, the wood stove in the living room may be used. Please contact us in advance, as use of the stove requires a personal introduction. Improper use may result in damage and will be charged accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The stove may only be operated with suitable firewood: beech, spruce, fir, or birch, with a residual moisture content of 12\u201318%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are happy to assist with sourcing firewood if desired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please speak with us regarding ash disposal. Due to fire risk, ash must only be disposed of properly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Use of Outdoor Areas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Open fires and charcoal grilling are not permitted anywhere on the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Excluded Outdoor Areas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The following areas are not part of the Ammersee Loft and may not be used by guests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Outdoor staircases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The first-floor terrace at living room level<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ground-level single garage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Quiet Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Out of consideration for the neighborhood, quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Parties and Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parties, celebrations, bachelor or bachelorette events, as well as commercial events, are not permitted. <strong>...<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18. Visitors and Overnight Stays<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The loft is intended as a retreat for one to two persons, as stated at the time of booking. Overnight stays by additional persons are not provided for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have booked as a single guest and expect visitors, please contact us in advance. In individual cases, this may be possible by prior arrangement, but not on a permanent basis. Day visitors are welcome. We trust in a mindful and respectful use of the house and its surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">19. Maintenance Work<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the property\u2019s immediate proximity to the forest, seasonal maintenance and conservation work by the landlords is required. At times, this work may involve noise from machinery or equipment. We will inform you in advance and make every effort to arrange a time that is convenient for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">20. Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenant is liable for any damage caused by themselves or accompanying persons.
